Hello, my name is Drew, and this is my story. I believe that choosing the right Realtor means that you share some of the same morals, and life experiences as them, and they bring value and skills to the table to increase success.
I was born and raised in Campbell River to a hard working blue collar family. I played football and I wrestled in school, and after graduation I started a carpentry apprenticeship in Victoria. I completed my Red Seal Carpentry certification in 2010, and worked some very unique contracts in BC and Alberta, doing a mix of high end residential, commercial, and industrial construction.
I took a carpenters position with Gregg's Marine, and quickly rose to a project management position, working jobs in Singapore, Germany, Spain, Bahamas, San Francisco, and Italy. This position really honed my skillset and problem solving, as the logistics involved usually required a plan B all the way to a plan Z.
Between overseas jobs, I completed my training to be a Certified Home Inspector, and was licensed for several years until an unfortunate accident sidelined me for a year with rehabilitation on my left arm. Not one to sit idly, I took the opportunity to study and pass the Real Estate Licensing Exam in 2017.
As a real estate agent, I put a huge emphasis on honesty, and integrity. With my construction background, I can speak intelligently on all aspects of a home with my clients. I always take time to learn about needs, wants, and goals from my clients, and definitely not opposed to advising to "walk away" from a home that doesn't fit the criteria.
In my personal life, I have 2 wonderful, beautiful, funny and smart daughters, and one goofball Aussiedoodle named Legend.
